We appreciate your willingness to support XL Ministries. All of our support comes from donations. We are committed to helping like-minded churches establish training for future pastors. We believe that churches large and small can fulfill God’s instructions in 2 Timothy 2:2:
“The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
Many churches do not have the resources to develop their own training programs. We offer our services free of charge. We assist in designing internships that will work within the context of each church. We provide encouragement and assistance throughout the internship, both to the church leadership and the intern.
There are many men who believe God is calling them to pastoral ministry who do not have the resources to move their family and sustain themselves financially through the process of getting an advanced degree. XL Ministries provides the opportunity within the context of the church for these men to gain the academic and practical training they need.
