Wednesday, February 15th – Friday, February 17th
Countryside Bible Church
250 Countryside Court, Southlake, Texas 76092

Who bears the responsibility before God to ensure the next generation of leaders is equipped? The apostle Paul’s instructions to Timothy and Titus (and us) are clear: God has assigned the leaders of every local church the responsibility to identify and equip the next generation of the church’s leaders. The Bible is very clear on what it means to be an elder, including the qualifications, responsibilities and accountability associated with being in such an important position in Christ’s church. Carelessness in this arena can have long-term implications for both the leadership and the church body.
This conference focuses on critical aspects to help guide current church leaders as they seek to fulfill their biblical mandate to train up future church leaders.
